Pork Tenderloin Rub

Together, Andy and I really enjoy trying out new recipes and when we find one that knocks it out of the park, we'll publish it here.

2 tsp. lime juice
1.5 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

To use:
  1. Rub lime juice over your cut of meat (this is good on pork or chicken; we've tried both!).
  2. Combine remaining seven ingredients in small bowl (Andy says it's okay to use twice as much cayenne if you enjoy a little more kick).
  3. Pat mixture onto your meat.
  4. Grill.
  5. Enjoy!
